I guarantee it will not be DOA. It is a battery operated device used by medical staff to find veins, arteries for IV sites, specifically in pediatrics and neonatals. Comes with the Micro Transilluminator, original charger cord and original fiberoptic light cable. This is a small device and comes with a belt clip attached to the bottom and also has 4 legs. There is a light intensity adjustment. The internal battery is holding a charge.
