 Hilliard's "Little Dipper" chocolate melting and tempering unit in good working order.  Can process up to 25 lbs of chocolate per day. Perfect for coating fresh fruits, nuts, and other types of centers as well as standard creams, barks and clusters.  Compact unit--dimensions 14-3/4" wide, 15-1/2" deep and 17" tall including lid.  Electric 120 volts.  Temperature control from 80-120*F.  Kettle on/off switch.  Will be shipped UPS ground.
