ESTATE FIND Hobart F 101 Ground Beef Fat % Measuring Kit. It is clean and in nice shape A premeasured amount of beef is put on screen over the glass funnel. The timer turns on the burner over the screen. The fat is melted from the beef, runs through the funnel into a test tube where the amount of fat is determined. There is an extra funnel missing from the right side. I think it is just a spare and can be obtained from a supplier. I tested the timer and burner and they worked fine. I didn't try to determine amount of fat in beef. PAYMENT: by Paypal or cash pick up International buyers, please do not ask me to falsify the customs documents. SHIPPING Domestic shipping is based on weight. I will ship First Class Mail when possible. Otherwise the buyer may use Parcel Select, Priority Mail, or UPS. International Sales any item sold for 50 dollars or more will be shipped by Priority Mail or UPS so that it may be insured and/or tracked. Seller Notes “Clean and in nice shape. I tested the timer and burner and they work fine. There is a glass funnel that I think is missing. It must have been broken and not replaced. I would think that it was a spare and could be easily replaced.”
