It was obtained from a local school cafeteria. As with most school equipment this was serviced until replaced by a newer model. The upper motor bearing was replaced and is brand new. The bowl seal is brand new as well. It was thoroughly cleaned and tested and works well. All the grease/dough was removed from inside the bowl and outside in those hard to reach areas as well. The most cleaning you would need to do to use it is to wipe the bowl with a napkin. Specifications: Model: HCM-300 Volts: 200 Hz: 60 Amps: 20/10 PHASE: 3 HP: 5 CONDITION: USED / VERY CLEAN CONDITION.
