This is a Hobart HS9N-1 13" heavy duty 9 speed automatic gear driven slicer with stainless steel body and hardened steel alloy knife this is a full-featured operator slicer. Equipped with a permanent knife blade ring guard, removable cover with interlock to prevent the table from opening and the slicer from operating without it plus a removable deflector for easy cleaning. The HS9N-1 has home position start, automatic return home when slicer is turned off, an automatic shut off after 10 minutes, a no voltage release to prevent the slicer from turning back on in the event of a power or interlock interruption, a low profile design to reduce operator fatigue and touch pad start/stop controls with a power indicator light. With a removable BPA top mounted sharpener it is now dishwasher safe and exceeds the new NSF standards. Slice meats and cheese's with ease and precision with the HS9N-1 EZ-Glide™ system which allows you to slice from tissue thin to 1-1/4" like your slicing butter!
