Hobart Utensil/Pan Washer  Never Been Used Questions: 717-236-5006 Specifics Model: UW50 Serial: 85-1021704 Electrical requirements: 480 volt, 3 Phase, 60Hz Dimensions: 46-7/8" W x 28-7/16" D x 79" H This is a heavy duty, fully automatic, front loading utensil/pan washer with a large split door system. Upper door section slides upward as the lower door section is pulled down. Stainless steel pull out rack allows easy loading for large utensils and pans. Three variable wash cycles (2, 4 or 6 minutes) ensure thorough cleaning and sanitizing by allowing you to match the cycle to the cleaning requirements of the load. Upper and lower revolving wash arms—with computer-designed, debossed, anti-clog nozzles—direct high-pressure wash flow to all soiled surfaces. Large, sloping, perforated stainless steel scrap screens direct food particles to a deep, stainless steel basket designed to remove food soil from the wash water. The rinse cycle achieves a final sanitizing 180°F.  Heavy duty 5hp motor. This item has never been used. It was personally owned inventory of the owner of the local Hobart dealer when he retired.  This item ships via common carrier.  If a loading dock or forklift are not available at the delivery site, liftgate service by the carrier is required to lower your item to the ground. This service is an additional charge.  Please be sure to request this service when requesting a shipping quote. We do not accept liability for this item once it leaves our warehouse.
