You are bidding on a Honeywell NStar 2 Door Kit. This is a new unit that has not been installed. The box was open when I received this kit. It looks to me that almost all of the items of the kit are complete. Based on the image on the front of the box, the serial cable is missing, I am not sure if it was included in this kit originally. The NStar software disk is included in this kit and It also looks like you will be able to acquire software updates from the manufacture, please contact the manufacture to verify that this is correct before placing your bid. Please review the photos of this kit that I have included, I believe that the photos should answer most of your questions about this item. If not, please contact me before placing your bid. A LAN module is also included in this kit, this might explain why there is no serial cable in this box.
