If you believe any Horsedental1010 product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact Horsedental1010 at (877) 653-0386 for assistance. If product repair or replacement is necessary, the Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit, whether or not the product is covered by this warranty. All shipments of repaired or replaced products by Horsedental1010 will be F.O.B. at the Horsedental1010 warehouse in New Jersey. Limitations This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any Customer actions, such as mishandling, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Horsedental1010 specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Horsedental1010's liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit or units of equipment to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the Customer's manufacturing costs, lost profits or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort or other legal theory. Horsedental1010 shall not be liable for normal manufacturing defects or customary variances from specifications. HORSEDENTAL1010 WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE ANY KIND OF DAMAGE OF EQUIPMENT OR MANUFACTURING FAULT IN THE PRODUCT WHICH CAN CAUSE ANY KIND OF PHYSICAL INJURY OR PSYCHOLOGICAL IMBALANCE TO THE CLIENTS. We offer money back warranty on our equipment within one months of purchase. 2. We will repair our equipment within 6 months of purchase free of charge. 3. 30 days return period for all the Horsedental1010 products less 15% restocking fee. 4. 30-60 days return period for all of the Horsedental1010 products less 25% restocking fee. 5. After 60 days no returns will be accepted but Horsedental1010 will repair any problem with the products occurred due to manufacturing fault up to 6 months. 6. After 6 months, Horsedental1010 will charge fee for repairs depending upon the conditions of product.
