Hello all and thanks for viewing my listing.   This listing is for a Custom Hand Made Kydex holster for ER Trauma Shears specifically for Physicians Care shears as pictured (not included) but also does fit some other standard shears.   I have tested generic 7.25" and 7.5" trauma shears and also the Premium Clause titanium coated 7.25" shears.   This holster was especially made with the standard hospital attire in mind...The scrub pant.   This piece uses a small compact form factor to keep your shears stowed away.   STOP having to buy new scrubs because of holes in your pants from keeping your shears in your back pocket!   STOP exposing yourself to germs by tucking your shears in between your scrub pants and your side or back's skin!   KYDEX is easily cleaned with soap and water after the worst of traumas. This is a completely Custom HAND MADE unit and was uniquely made for these shears.  Other makes of trauma shears will fit but due to the wide variety of makers of these shears, a completely universal fitment guarantee cannot be made.  Due to the custom design and fitment, each piece may vary in size and shape.  I will guarantee fitment with the Physicians Care shears as pictured. This holster was designed to be easy to remove and re-sheathe the shears without pulling off your scrub pant.  The rear clip is designed to slip on and off from an angle.    Please send feedback and pictures of you and your holster in action!!
