The HP 1NB7-8353 is a 2 GSa/s A/D converter that can be used with the Infiniium or 54540A scopes. A self-test and calibration on a 54540A has confirmed its electronic and cosmetic condition to be excellent. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me. Regarding my experience, I am a retired HP/Agilent Oscilloscope design engineer with 35 years of experience. I purchase scopes on EBAY that are in need of repair and recondition them so that they pass self-test and calibration. Any unit I sell will pass verification at an ISO lab, so please feel free to contact me for fair resolution on any issues.
