Brand Name: HP Model #: 8620C Condition: Used Condition Scale: 8 out of 10 This item is in fair cosmetic condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item. Please refer to the pictures provided below as they are a vital part of this listing and show more detail on the condition of the item. Inventory ID: 31578 Testing This item was plugged in and powered on. We then connected the item to an oscilloscope. We adjusted all settings, however we weren't always able to see a change on the oscilloscope but this could be due to user error. The "delta"F setting doesn't light up, neither does the CW Vernier. The band switch is hard to adjust, however with some effort you can get it to adjust down, but not up. The 86290A plug in powered on with the main unit, and would display the range selected, however the 2.0 - 6.2 range would not light up. At some points during testing the "Unleveled" light would light up. We are not familiar with this unit and therefore no other testing was done.
