Frequency With two inputs, the 5316A has a frequency range of 0 Hz (Hertz) to 100 MHz (megahertz) using Direct Current and 30 Hz to 100 MHz using Alternating Current. Sensitivity The sensitivity range for the 5316A is 10 mV (megavolts) rms (root mean square) to 10MHz and 25 mV rms to 100 MHz with a 75 mVpp pulse (megavolts peak to peak), and a minimum pulse width of 5 nanoseconds.
