Full Random Access to all column positions and the By-Pass line (AUTOMATED HPLC COLUMN SELECTION SYSTEM). Manual (Push buttons) and/or Automated Column Selection Control via optional software control interface (not included), standard contact closures or Serial RS232. Easy to use, maintain and operate. Highest quality HPLC Column Selection System you can buy! This is a 9-column version of the popular LC Spiderling Deluxe automated HPLC column selection system, Model # CS4000-10CZ. The LC Spiderling Deluxe brand units are the highest quality HPLC column switching systems you can buy and the same ones found in professional chromatography laboratories used in automating the method development process around the world. Column chamber temperature range of ~10C below ambient to 60C. Nine, low volume column positions and one By-Pass position (with fittings) are pre-plumbed for connection to standard analytical HPLC columns. Holds columns up to 30cm in length by installing longer lines. Standard pressure rating is 345 bar max for liquid (optional upgrades are available to convert the system to a 600-bar version at additional cost to you after the sale). Agilent ChemStation/OpenLAB for HPLC software clients can utilize a built-in interface to control the column selection process using an optional ECI board and special software (not included, but available from Chiralizer Services, LLC). For users of other brands of software (i.e. Waters, Thermo, PE), the column selector includes both direct contact closure and RS232 serial control interfaces to easily automate the column selection process from most modern HPLC or LC/MS chromatography systems. *Other upgrades/options may be available at additional cost to the buyer.
