HSS 1/4" Counterbore Cutter - Made in Spain Item Description UP FOR SALE IS THIS 1/4" COUNTERBORE CUTTER. THIS ITEM IS USED BUT IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. MADE IN SPAIN PLEASE READ TERMS BELOW I am not a collector of so I have tried to describe the condition of the item text and in the pictures, please read description and look at the pictures. If unclear please ask questions or request more pictures etc. In the case of a dispute I am always willing to work with the buyer even as far a it being returned BUT RETURN SHIPPING IS AT BUYERS EXPENSE, if you do not agree with this please do not purchase. I DO MY BEST TO BE AN HONEST SELLER AND TO WORK WITH BUYERS BUT THE GRADING SOMETHING IS NOT BLACK AND WHITE, HOW VIEW IT MY NOT BE THE SAME AS YOU. Do to the odd size I will determine the best way to ship it to the winning bidders address. Also please note i take great care in packaging my LPs for shipping but cannot be responsible for USPS caused damage. -----SHIPPING TIME----- All items ship within (24) Twenty-Four hours after cleared payment. A $1.75 Shipping and handling fee may be applied to each order shipped (charged only once for combined shipping orders). Much of this is a result of eBay policies put on sellers including; fees charged by eBay an the shipping paid by the seller (the same final value rate charged on the sale of the item is applied to shipping. Also eBay has a cap on the amount a selling can charge when shipping with certain USPS items the handling fee helps off set this. Also I use quality packaging and boxes, none of these items are free to me. ---RETURN POLICY--- 14 day return policy in affect with these additional terms. If items are NEW and / or SEALED they must be returned in same condition NO EXCEPTIONS (If NEW or SEALED ITEMS are damaged in shipping please provide pictures of both the original shipping box and item for full refund) As stated in terms above shipping is at BUYERS expense unless otherwise agreed to buy seller. If Seller is issuing refund for shipping then Seller will notify buyer as to shipping method. If Buyer is returning item then the same care taken buy seller must be taken by Buyer. Example Seller ships LPs in boxes specifically designed for LPs the same or similar box must be used. LPs shipped in Padded or thin Cardboard envelopes has almost a 100% breakage rate.
