You are bidding on a Humphrey lens analyzer model 360 I have listed this item as "parts or not working" due to the following reasons, I have tested this item and there are a couple things that do and do not work as follows. There is a noise that comes from the machine when on which sounds like a bad motor. There is an error message that will appear occasionally stating there is a motor error and to reboot to fix the issue. Randomly when trying to read an Rx, the machine will not read anything for a short period of time. It will show 0's in the prescription section. The spexan mode will flash upon changing to UV checking mode but will not show any data. Laser will flicker at times (not sure if this is normal) The markers to locate the optical center do not mark the lens as the ink has dried up. The store button does not work. The following is WORKING with this machine when there are no error messages and is reading correctly. (About 80 percent of the time) Reads single vision lenses accurately including spherical, astigmatism and axis, and prism. Reads progressive lenses accurately including spherical, astigmatism and axis, and prism. Prints out paper. All buttons just below the screen work. Lens holder works. Spexan will flash when pulling tray out Surface to set lens on moves with no issues using knob on side of machine. In good physical condition with minor wear from age. UNTESTED: Contact lens function. Includes: Lens analyzer model 360 with spexan Software chip Power cable Paper in machine Overall this machine needs service but zeiss does no longer support this machine so our company has decided to retire it.
