ONE NEW HYDRA - LOCK CORP.  COLLET  AC-46921-S2  PART # 1702-726, MADE IN USA. I am not familiar with this type of workholding system and would appreciate any input or info you might have about the item. The text around the top face reads all what is in the title. Part dimensions are: OD 1.625" ID .550" Overall Length 2.759" Length to step 2.505" There are 3 slits on the OD and the ID as well 120 degrees apart and 60 degrees OD to ID. The six holes are filled with some type of flexible material to maintain contraction and expansion of the collet. There are two cutouts on the top .505" wide and 180 degrees apart. The Serial #'s are 08, 09, 10, 11, 12 and 13.
