I am not sure who the manufacturer is of this hydraulic fastening tool.  It came from a truck manufacturer in Virginia.  There are no numbers on the unit.  I disassembled the nose piece and cleaned all of the components.  The rod that sticks out from the body is spring loaded.  I suspect that when the tool is put over the fastener, the rod retracts and activates the hydraulics. I was told that it works but I have no way to test it.
