Hydro Dipped Full Brim Hard Hat With Ratchet Suspension-confederate Camo Hardhat

Full Brim Hydro Dipped Hard Hat in the Confederate Camo Design Some people call these Water Transfer Printed or 3D Printed hard hats. The design covers the entire outside of the hard hat and will not fade or easily scratch. Each hat is individually dipped and each hard hat is completely unique. We take a new Class 1 Class C,E and G hard hat with ratchet suspension made by Pyramex Safety. We add a top coat PPG automotive paint, dip the hat with the custom ink design, and then add a glossy clear coat to keep the design safe and secure. The process is actually a lot more work than it sounds, but the designs are truly amazing once completed. We are currently producing about 20 different patterns of water dipped hard hats. And, we carry both the cap style design and the full brim design in stock. Both hats come standard with an adjustable 4 point ratchet suspensions. We are carrying each pattern in stock for immediate shipment; however, large quantities might require an additional 2-3 days to complete. Note: Since the hard hats have been modified from the factory, we can not say they are ANSI class 1 hard hats; however, we are taking a NEW ANSI approved hard hat and adding several layers of paint, ink, and glossy coating which can actually strengthen the hard hat shell.
