I love to cook, but there's so little time as a working mom. I also really want fresh healthy meals for my family. Sunday nights I cut up tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green peppers, corn, cabbage and put them in the condiment server. During the week I can make a quick veggie omlet, salad or stir fry without having to cut up anything again till the next Sunday.
