The Ice-O-Matic GEMU090 creates nugget ice (called Pearl Ice by Ice-O-Matic) and can be used as both a commercial and a residential ice machine. Its stainless steel finish provides a high-quality aesthetic that complements other restaurant equipment and many modern home appliances. The Ice-O-Matic GEMU090 can create up to 85 pounds of Pearl Ice every 24 hours (at 70 degrees Fahrenheit air and 50 degrees Fahrenheit water), and its self-contained bin stores up to 22 pounds of ice at a time. The Ice-O-Matic GEMU090 is a mere 14.88 inches wide and only 33 inches tall, allowing you to install the unit in nearly any location, including under most standard counters.
