Was pulled from working environment and works perfectly. Description: The Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR is a remote air-cooled ice machine that can produce up to 567 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period. Therefore, the Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR will produce 23.6 pounds of ice every hour. As a remote air-cooled ice machine, the condenser of the ICE0500HR can be placed outside or on the roof of your establishment, promoting a quieter work environment, while also allowing your ice machine to operate in the most favorable conditions possible. Note: The ICE0500HR requires the Ice-O-Matic VRC1001B Remote Condenser Unit. The Half cube ice that the Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR produces measures 7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8". These smaller half cubes work well in dispensing applications as well as for blended drinks. Ice-O-Matic has designed the ICE0500HR to have a low profile cabinet at only 20" high. The ice maker is constructed with a stainless steel front exterior panel with fingerprint-proof side panels. In addition, the Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR is just over 30" wide, so it will fit in most locations, even those with limited space. Because the ICE0500HR is a remote air-cooled unit, the cuber head does not require any air vent clearance. Regarding installation requirements, the Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR needs a 115-volt electrical connection, a water line in, and an external drain for mineral-laden water that does not freeze after each ice-making cycle. The ICE0500HR also needs to be mounted on another piece of equipment, such as a storage bin, a beverage dispenser, or an ice dispenser. The Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR cuber head uses only 28.2 gallons of water for every 100 LB of ice it produces. As an additional feature, Ice-O-Matic has included its Harvest-Assist technology which helps push ice from the evaporator surface more quickly so the ice-making cycle is shorter and you save electricity over the life of the Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR. In order to reduce the growth of bacteria, Ice-O-Matic has also incorporated AgIon, its antimicrobial compound, into the surfaces that contact water or ice.
