Here I have an awesome, WW2 era (I believe) Ideal Stencil Machine Number 1. It makes 1" stencils out of oilboard/cardstock.The machine is complete and does make stencils. It punches strong and prints evenly. The gears that turn the wheel are very brittle. (see last photo) They also slip sometimes while turning the wheel (I'm guessing they just need to be tightened). As brittle as they are I do not know how long they will last, but for now they work. And they look like easy gears to get replicated. Other than that, the machine is in incredible shape for how old it is! Could use a little cleaning and oiling, but overall a nice solid machine. I have taken the machine apart into 3 pieces. I will ship in 2 separate packages to avoid damage during shipping. It's only a few bolts to put it back together. All hardware included and I have closeup photos I can send.
