This is a used, guaranteed-good hand-held wire stripper made by Ideal Industries. It is one of their Stripmaster frames with a die for #16, #14, #12, #8/10, #18, and #22/20 AWG wire. The stripper appears to be Ideal Industries PN 45-092, for which a product datasheet is available at http://www.idealind.com/prodDetail.do?prodId=45-092. It uses the L-4421 wire stripper blade set. A product sheet for the blade set is available at http://www.idealind.com/prodDetail.do?prodId=L-4421. This particular unit works well. The die is in very good shape, with no nicks or deformations. The handles work smoothly. It does a good job stripping wires. Instructions are available at http://www.testequipmentdepot.com/ideal/pdf/stripmaster_instructions.pdf.
