Recently cleaned and serviced. This nice commercial grade cutter comes complete with a spare sharpened cutting blade, blade changing tools, and spare light bulbs. It tested perfectly in our shop, and is being sold in "as is, where is" condition. The Triumph Ideal Paper Cutter was manufactured in Germany. The Triumph IDEAL 4850-95 with its automatic clamp, includes a manual back gauge. It has an all-metal construction with an electro-mechanical blade drive. The 4850-95 includes an optical cutting line.
