The LDX-3220 is a precision laser diode driver.  Features include: ·     0-200mA and 0-500mA ranges ·     High stability, low noise output ·     Constant current and constant power operating modes ·     Multiple laser protection features including adjustable voltage limit ·     GPIB/IEEE-488 interface ·     Analog modulation capability of over 1MHz (LDX-3210/3220) ·     Precision four-wire forward voltage measurement   A complete datasheet can be found here:  LDX-3220 data sheet Newton Photonics purchased this instrument new and has used it only occasionally since then.  The LDX-3220 is in excellent operating condition.  The original printed user’s manual is included in the sale.   The current list price for a new unit is $2,995.
