DC-DC step up power module (booster) Input DC 3.5V~10V, output 12V, 1.5A , 16Watt (Ideal for solar panel. It works like a "Battery converter") For sale is dc to dc step up power module ideal for solar panel and low voltage battery to obtain DC12V. It's driven by a high efficiency switching IC LM2577. The module provide a very stable 12V output with variable input from 3.5V to 10V. If your equipment need DC12V to operate but you could only get low voltage power sources available, like a phone battery, a 6V acid sealed battery, or a 7.8V rechargeable battery. Then this module may work for you! It converts voltage as low as 3.5V to DC12V and supply 1.5A current. Or, you can use it to stabilize a Solar Panel* and get 12V output all time. With a common ground, and up to 1.5 amp output current, this would be IDEAL for use in any Classic Car (mid 1950's or earlier) with a 6 volt electrical system, to power low current cell phone chargers, mp3 player power adapters, GPS Units, etc. Also for small radios or low current (LED, fluorescent tube, etc.) lighting up to 1.5 amp. Specification Input: DC 3.5v ~ 10V Output:DC 12V Current: 1.5A max (need heatsink to the IC) Common ground: Yes Size (LxWxH)::40mmx15.5mmx15mm (1.6"x0.62"x0.6") Weight: 0.35 oz or 10g Note: The lower input is 3.5V.
