Incoe hydraulic valve gate nozzle and manifold with machine nozzle seat.  230 volt 3 zones.  Machine nozzle seat has a 850 watt band heater.  Manifold has 2 cartridge heaters.  Nozzle has a 340 watt band heater.  All zones have thermocouples.  DME style connectors and electrical box.  Titanium standoffs for minimal heat loss in to the mold. The plastic flow is controlled by a water cooled hydraulic cylinder for a clean shut off and minimal drool.  Parts come out needing very little if any trimming.  Saves time and material.  The nozzle tip has a runner cut in to it but these tips are easily replaceable and available from Incoe to suit your application.  This unit removed from working service from an obsolete mold.  Weight is 35 lbs.  Shipping from Farmington Hills MI 48336 by the best of FedEx / UPS / USPS.  Local inspection and pick up is welcome.  This unit is also being advertised locally and we reserve the right to end the auction early.  Please ask if any questions.....Anthony 248-514-0567
