Antique Library Card Cabinet with Swivel Wheels A very useful and hard to find antique chest of antique drawers. Initially used in libraries & offices and have now become very collectable for home use. It stands on 4 industrial swivel wheels making it easy to move around. There are 8 large library card drawers; each with their own original brass opening pull and insert label. The quality of workmanship in the piece is evident with each drawer dovetailed on each of their four corners. Ideal in the office or living room and can be used as side table, storage cabinet etc.. These drawers are just the thing to use for storage while adding a stylish vintage touch to your home... A quality unique piece with wonderful rich patina. The top and sides have been restored with silky smooth polished surfaces. The drawers open very smoothly and have plenty of rustic charm giving it an abundance of character.
