Brand new industrial lean pipe ergonomic mobile work station.  This is perfect for manufacturing or assembly.  This is designed with ergonomics, productivity and longevity in mind.  It is ready to punch in and work 24/7 3 shifts a day.  This is made of solid steel lean pipe with a durable resin coating.  The work surface and the 2 shelves above it are made of an HDPE plastic in a 1/2" thickness for the main work surface and 3/8" thickness in the higher shelves.  It features 4 urethane wheels each with a 397lb weight capacity.  These are large 5" wheels with low rolling resistance and locking brakes.  It can easily hold a balanced load over 1,000 lbs without trouble.  Ideal in a manufacturing or assembly setting.  If reliability and versatility are what you are after this is what you should buy.  We feature this as an off-the-rack product.  Custom products are much costlier and take a long time to make.  The work surface is 72"in length, 36" in width, and a work surface height of 32"and 64-3/8"in height from the ground to the top of the work surface.  The 2 upper shelves measure 72" long by 21-3/4"wide-- plenty of room for parts, supplies, tools, storage and in-process work.   The is a real workhorse and solidly built--tried and true.    If your requirements are for a different size, please get in touch and I can built one to your specs.  This comes in black with black hardware connectors but I do have some other pipe color options--- white, royal blue, light grey, yellow, red, orange.  We can build any quantity you require so please ask if you have significant needs. This will come assembled and palletized and need to be delivered via common carrier to a commercial address.  Your choices are 1) let us know your preferred carrier and we will arrange the shipping for you 2) we can search for the best carrier to you--just give me your zip code and we can get you the best shipping deal possible. 3) If you can pickup in the Charlotte, NC area (zip 28031) come on by and get it at your convenience.
