The paper cutter measures approximately 31” x 31” x 4”. The cutting platform is made of wood. The cutting surface which measures 30”x30” is etched into 1/2” squares. There are measurment guides on the top and left side of the cutting platform. The cutter blade appears to be a metal cast with a cutting edge and formed handle. There is a safety guard latch to be used when transporting or moving the unit. The work surface has some wood damage but overall the unit is structurally sound. The cutter hinge is operable.
