This is a cap that goes over your outdoor faucet. To help protect it from wind chill or to prevent a frozen faucet or frozen pipes. The 1st year to install it you would need a drill and a screwdriver to put it in and then put the cap over the faucet and turn it one way to lock it and the other way to unlock. After that no more tools are needed each year you just turn the cap to lock it into place. Remember: there are 2 so, you're looking at $4.00 to $6.00 apiece. Not a bad price when you think about. PAYMENT I only accept PayPal. All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. All unpaid auction items will be forfeited. No International Sales. If you buy more than one item the first item you pay all the shipping cost. Each additional item we will split the shipping cost 50% 50%. This is only valid if everything is bought at the same date and time. I’ll give some consideration if bought at different times on the same date.
