Payment All items must be paid for in 7 days. If you need more time to pay please let me know before the 7 day period is over. After 7 days of non-payment or lack of communication, an unpaid item case will be opened giving you an extra 4 days to pay for your item. The freight company may have an issue if the problem is not reported immediately. We will not ship something out in a damaged condition, or not working. You have to write on the ticket, email us photos of damage and contact the freight company with any claims. We will try to assist you, in this, but you have to work with the Freight Carrier, who delivered it to you. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back. Your refund will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected. Warranties Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect or that doesn’t work properly, we will send you a replacement free of charge when possible or a full refund. Faulty items will need to be returned so that we can find the cause of failure, unless otherwise instructed by Delitech. Generally we do not warranty electrical or electronic equipment if it is returned with a burnt smell, physically burnt or if it shows any signs of tampering. If you experience a problem with an item “sold as is” we still want to know about it, please contact us and we will try to work with you. We clean and sanitize all used items as best as we can, however we cannot guarantee that the item will be fully clean. We will not pay for any repairs to it made to item.
