I am not sure why there seems to be so much of these types of things available here in Massachusetts but we have no problem finding it. Some of the lots come from the many defense contractors or colleges or test labs scattered around the state. We buy at auctions & directly through the companies themselves. Our goal here is to find quality items & sell them at reasonable prices. Inside the U.S. I use Fedex for items over 4 lbs and USPS priority mail for items 4 lbs & under. All international shipments are by USPS Priority mail international.
