The IPM 02 IP-02 air powered spray foam stick transfer 55 gallon ISO resin pump, model number 810201, is specially designed to handle difficult materials. This pump has an immersed lower pump, tie-tubes, and sealing bung bushing to allow for quick drum change without exposing the system to contamination and moisture. The IP-02 pump is perfect for higher viscosities, ease of cleaning, and fluids with 245a agent. With interchangeable pump lengths, this pump comes with new design innovations to simplify handling and application of polyurethane, polyurea, and other two component materials. Additionally, the IP-02 and OP series pumps have easily cleanable fluid tubes, which allows for thorough cleaning of the pump fluid. The IP-02 pump specifications include a pressure ratio of 2:1, a max fluid flow of 2.5gpm (9.5 lpm), an air motor diameter of 1.4" (3.6cm), an air inlet pressure range of 30 - 180 psi (2 - 12 bar), a max fluid pressure of 360 psi (24 bar), an air inlet size of 1/4" npt (f), a fluid inlet size of 3/4" npt (m) (Stubby), a fluid outlet size of 3/4" npt (f), and a rod and cylinder CS & SST throat packing of Teflon. The piston packing of Teflon ensures a long life for the pump and is perfect for materials like Isocyanates. The IP-02 pump also has a length of The IP and OP Series Pumps now have high viscosity "B" resin capabilities. With the newer 245fa blowing agent, "B" resins can have viscosities up to 2000cPs, and pumps have the capability of pumping the new "B" resins without heat or pressurization. The new design nearly eliminates foaming of material. The outlet ports are now a standard 3/4" NPT, and the features of this pump include fully air operated, a 2 ball piston design, and a durable pump with long life packing. The specially designed piston seals do not come into contact with material pumped, which means a very long life as it can handle highly problematic fluids like Isocyanates which crystallizes on piston rods upon contact with moisture in air and rupture seals.
