This listing is for a tested IVF (in vitro fertilization) chamber, Model C1.0*/200-2 manufactured by Mid Atlantic Diagnostics, Inc. with a Portamatic CO2 Controller, model 3067, by Thermo Electron Corp. plus a lot of new supplies; couplers, clamps and in-line filters for use with the chamber. The unit was tested to maintain set temperature for over 24 hours and the CO2 controller maintained a set value of 5.5% +/- 0.3% when connected to a CO2 cylinder and regulator (not included) set at 3 PSI. The chamber is clean and and intact, save for a oblong cutout in the rear Plexiglas wall (see photo of back side). There are 6 arm access ports with covers, a silicone rubber access port for microscope oculars and a block warmer for 50 ml test/centrifuge tubes. There is also a distilled water reservoir for maintaining humidity. Supplies include: 4 Coda Inline VOC filters (GILF-001), 6 Coda Xtraline filters (GILX-001) 3 magnetic holders for cylinders or filters 8 nylon barb to MIP adapters 2 gas cylinder to barb adapters and a bag of misc. tubing clamps and fittings, mostly new. Listing does not include a microscope or the rolling cart and CO2 cylinder/regulator seen in the photographs. This is a very nice IVF chamber, tested and ready to use. If not satisfied for any reason return it, well packed, for a refund of all but the return shipping cost.
