Jackson harmonic indexer. I purchased new from Jackson Machine Products in Madison Heights ,Mi My machine shop is about 30 miles from them. Sometime after my purchase their name changed to Easom Automation Systems. They still build the same indexer today. esomeng dotcom. The new price is almost $4000.00. I built a prototype test stand to test a hot solder pump. The indexer ( my customers choice,way over kill)had a aluminum plate mounted to it that had 4 small nests to hold and locate a circuit board. About the size of a playing card. The solder pump was above the circuit board at one of the stations. I had finished it and demonstrated that it would index and the pump slide would move up and down. The stand was wrapped up and shipped to my local customer. The pump never work and not installed. The stand was sent back(still in original wrapping) to me to store and then disassemble . I am the only person to run the indexer. I remember the indexer going around (full rotate)maybe30 times! It has the original indexing motor, guard belt (Sitting inside the guard) and both indexing switches. The motor pulley is missing. The indexer magnetic clutch (90 VDC) was operated from a control box (never sent back to me) See pic of resistance meter and you can see the clutch is in working order. It came to me unpainted. I see other indexers painted blue. Maybe when they were refurbished. It has been stored a clean shop. A little surface rust on the bare metal plate. I have a manual for it also on Easom's web site I will oil the bare metals,wrap in plastic and bolt down into a box/pallet. local pick up welcome. Also you can come and look at it.
