FOR SALE JAMES BIDDLE MARK IV MEGGER CONDUCTIVITY TEST KIT CATALOG No. 260563 SERIAL NUMBER 0195 The instrument measures the resistance, in meghoms to the flow of current through and/or over the surface of electrical equipment insulation. The test results are used to detect the presence of dirt, moisture or insulation deterioration. We have not tested this item. Unit looks like it has had a reasonable amount of use. The instrument is missing one of its four rubber feet. This unit includes 2 foiled bottomed electrodes that may be connected together by a cord, however one of them is missing the handle, it seems to have broken off. The carrying case has a tear along the back seem of the lid. However, it can still carry the items securely. Please let us know if you have any questions, need more photos, or have comments.
