You are viewing a 2012 John Deere 8500 Precision Cut Reel Mower, 3JHMAB 3 cyl. Yanmar Turbo Diesel. This mower cuts 100" and has a very high quality cut. The 5 - - 22" 7 blade 5" reels. This unit is easy to operate and to service. Look at the Pics U can see how clean this mower is - looks as if it is 2 or 3 years old. The 7 blade - are ideal for cutting ball fields and golf course fairways. Cutting height up to .5" to 1.25". The engine is a 3 cylinder Yanmar Turbo diesel engine. The unit is hydrostatic, with power steering. All wheel - 2 wheel drive. The reels are power by Hydraulic Motors, no belts, and raised with a hydraulic piston. The machine has only, well cared for, 1621 hrs. This mower went into service in the May 2012. With years of life left. This John Deere just came off lease May need to adjust reels to your mowing conditions. The mower was cleaned detailed and serviced. The machine is clean and tight, runs strong. No oil leaks. Ever thing works, runs the way it should. Has normal wear for a 1600 hrs machine. The mower is exeptionaly clean for its age, look at pics. I think this John Deere cost about $65,000.00 new. It is simple to operate. All the controls are at your finger tips. This machine is fast and cuts lots of grass. Transport speed is 12 mph, mowing speed is up to 7 mph. The machine looks and runs great. The reels and rollers are in great shape and tight. reel life 40% They were just sharpened - no - very little wear bed knife see pics. The reels and rollers are very tight the way they should be. Its ready to mow grass. May need to adjust to your mowing conditions. The mower has been cleaned, detailed and service. All the paint is original. Everything works as it should. The pics best describe this item. The tires are fair if u want a new set of 4 add 600.00 to purchase price.”
