It has a foot operated clamp to hold the product in place. This item cuts now but may need some blade adjustments. Blade seems sharp, no damage or nicks seen. approx 1200 lbs. un-skidded. We can skid or crate at $150.00 or $350.00. Please Do not bid if you think this will ship for $200.00 to Texas etc. We can ship any place you like but ebay can't calculate it the best way. This item ships un-skidded for pick-up or local delivery to a loading dock, 100miles +/-. The discharge shelf on the right of the blade is adjustable in and out.
