I acquired this from a sale. I have no idea how old it is, its work history, or if it is safe to continue to lift with this hook. I'm selling this as loft decor, conversation piece, Industrial, and Steampunk Decor. If you know more about these hooks, then I'm not responsible for whatever you decide to use it for. It weighs about 105 pounds and shipping weight will be 115-125 pounds. (one with similar dimensions was rated for 40 ton on their site.)
