Green vinyl covers are made of 18 oz. material and are fungus and rot resistant for long-lasting durability and easy cleanup. CONDITION This is a pre-owned evacuation chair in very good cosmetic and tested working condition. There is some overall sign of normal use but no damage. It is ready to use as soon as you recieve it. The upholstery is intact. The wheels are rolling smooth and the wheel locks work. The restraint straps are good.
