Oil cooling reservoirs enable visual inspection of oil quality and temperature control. KadyВ® designed component construction allows for fast unit servicing either in-house or by factory. The exterior plumbing can be engineered to meet specific customer needs. The OC's famous rotor-stator milling head and all wetted parts are standard in stainless steel, with optional carbide components for heavy wearing materials. The KadyВ® OC is a powerful industrial mill with a 30 HP capacity, operating at a maximum voltage of 60. Its rotating speed of 6,500 ensures efficient reduction of agglomerates to their ultimate particle size, without the need for multiple milling passes. With a working capacity of 60 US gallons, the OC is an ideal small batch mill for large factories or a large mill for smaller plants. It can also be set up for continuous operation, allowing uninterrupted production with throughput rates of up to 60 gallons per minute. The mill tank and dispersion units are designed for efficient heat transfer with water-jacketed tanks. This heavy-duty mill has a fully guarded high-speed drive that incorporates quiet running, static conducting, and oil-resistant V-belts. Standard KadyВ® valve with air or manual operation controls the flow. Options include variable frequency drive for speed and temperature control, vacuum, and pressure. The KadyВ® OC requires only 9 sq. ft. of floor space and is especially efficient for low volume "special orders" that can be processed within hours.
