The items were used and acquired from a Long Beach Company just a couple of years ago where they were used to classify sand for sand blasting material and remove any lead. The 2 Kason Vibratory units are identical and use screens that measure about 36" in diameter and all the main components are made of stainless steel. Only the base uses some galvanized steel to house the motor. You can find more information at the web site: http://www.kason.com, of which some of the information and diagram is pictured below. The picture and text below come from the Kason site where you will find all the information you need to get new parts and additional components for your application. Some of these screens sell for over $5,000.00 each on eBay and they are not the quality, stainless steel, of these units. You can sell off the press or motor if you don't need them, but this is a package deal. We have two sets of these items to sell and the second one listed on eBay does not include the extra stainless steel tanks or the hydraulic press. However it is only $2,000.00 less. One imbalanced-weight gyratory motor mounted directly beneath the screening chamber (Standard Vibroscreen models) Stationary and mobile units are available in diameters from 18" to 100" (460mm to 2540mm) with single or multiple screening decks, yielding up to five precise particle classifications. The single gyratory motor of Standard Vibroscreen models is available with "E-Z Slide" imbalanced weights, allowing rapid, tool-free adjustment of multi-plane, inertial vibration for maximum screening efficiency. One Kiki/Bosch Diesel engine is included that was used to provide a vacuum to suck the material through the screens The engine was build by Kiki under license by Bosch, who bought out Kiki. This engine has low (less than 400 hours) hours on it and are like new, except for some cracked plastic parts that will have to be replaced. All parts for both the Kason Screens and the Kiki/Bosch engines can still be purchased both new and uses on Ebay, Alibaba and other sites that cater to this type of equipment. The engine and all the attached parts are mounted on an "I" beam frame for support and transportation. The engine also has an attached transmissions that can be used to vary the speed of the output for your specific operation or put into neutral. This diesel engine package includes the vacuum pump. The engine is included with the vibratory screens is because they were all connected in Long Beach and may suit your application better as you learn its capabilities. This equipment can be used to classify products from the pharmaceutical industry to classifying sand for sand blasting to classifying mining tailings for removal of micro gold, silver and other precious metals. We are also including an hydraulic press that can be used to remove most of the water from your product and the press comes with many extra pressure plates (and a cabinet to hold them) that will make "cakes" of your product when the water is pressed out. Extra pressure plates are included that include 4 stainless steel tanks that were used in the process. Cheese cloth need replacing on the pressure plates. Pictures of the press are included as well as the metal tanks. We can put the items on pallets and place them on a trailer or transportation truck of your choosing, but you will need to set up the paperwork and pay all the shipping costs of the carrier.
