The SQ2 Sanitary Sample Cooler is specifically designed to allow clean steam and water for Injection (WFI) samples to be taken safely, quickly and easily whilst minimizing the risk of contamination during sampling. Clean Steam/WFI enters the sample cooler by means of a sanitary connection at the top of the cooler and is condensed/cooled by a counter flow of a cooling medium, typically mains or tank cold water, which flows from the bottom of the cooler to the top. The SQ2 Sanitary Sample Cooler utilizes a high quality surface finish stainless steel cooling coil to minimize corrosion and consequent contamination of the sample from the sampling device.
