This powers up & the display comes on. :-) This came in surplus from the Federal Goverment & still had a Certificate of Calibration & repair log from 1995 on it. It does not look like they ever used it after being repaired & calibrated back on 6-29-95. The repair log states that the part # Q101 was replaced & than calibrated. :-) Please see the pictures of the actual Ebay Item. IT. All connections & switches are in good condition. Sorry we have noway to fully test it before shipping. Local buyer are welcome to inspect this in our warehouse before purchasing.
