Some natural wear from use and storage. The case is covered in sticker evidence, most likely from being shipped all across the country for work! We could get a clear picture and focus in on items about 100-150 feet away in our warehouse. The locking mechanism for the base does not fully lock theodolite in place horizontally. Because of this, we are selling this device AS-IS. Does not include power adapter or battery pack. The Kern E2 is the most accurate and stable electronic sub-second theodolite ever built.
