We have the item in our possession, however returns and refunds are not accepted, as we will release monies to our client once they have been paid and the item shipped. Is used for reading the sugar content in drinks, commonly used by Coca-Cola or other technicians examining drink system, GREAT for use with Slush Type Drink systems. Retails for around $140. FREE SHIPPING Listings are designed for the shipping to the 48 states. If this item is shipped to zone 8 with USPS mail, then we will ship it to all destinations which receive USPS Mail delivery. However for most items over 2 or 3 pounds, we will use Ground Carriers for the delivery and therefore can not ship out of the 48 states for free. We will be glad to still ship to you using the USPS, but you will be responsible for the cost of the additional shipping, between zone 8 Ground Carrier and the USPS cost.
