The Kester KWB-1000 Automated Wetting Balance Tester, also known as the Wetting Balance, includes a highly precise sensor head with an attached specimen holder. This holder is used to immerse the specimen at a predetermined rate into the solder pot, with any dross automatically removed beforehand. The specimen is then held in the solder pot for a set amount of time before being withdrawn at a controlled rate. We offer a 5-day right of return policy for all units sold. The auction description is intended as a guide, and we strongly recommend viewing and testing the units at our facility before purchasing. Some notable features of the Wetting Balance are its acceptable GR&R value, which takes into account input parameters such as solder density, flux surface tension, and physical dimensions. The Wetting Balance utilizes the laws of physics to produce an output, making it easy to use while enhancing its accuracy. Please note that this auction does not include a system disk, which must be obtained from the manufacturer. The unit powers up and is in good cosmetic condition. As we sell fragile test and measurement equipment, we take care to properly package all of our items for shipment. However, it may take up to ten days for us to prepare and ship your units from our facility.
