Price is for 1  QCW 800 watt rated VCSEL module. Please specify serial number at time of order. See below. 4 modules available. Note: United States inland shipping only. Will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. 1 unit slightly used (under 10 hours ) and the other 3 units are brand new modules. These kilowatt class array modules must only be operated in Quasi Continuous Wave (QCW) mode.   1 to 10Hz pulse repetition frequency operation depends on the input current duty cycle "on time" from 100 microseconds to 3 milliseconds. See attached data.
