Thickness: .375 inch We ran the printer through several speeds with 15 folded cartons in the magazine. It ran smooth and fed the cartons properly. However, the unit did not have any "Type" on the printing drum, so we were unable to print. Of course, this is a simple mechanical action, and would have printed fine if we had type to mount on the magnetic roller.This printer came from a pharmaceutical company that was printing on cartons of drug samples. They modified this unit to run a single 7/8" wide ink wheel. Ink was applied manually with ink from an ink bottle with a roll-on applicator. it allowed for quick change-overs on short runs.I contacted Kiwi and sent them photos of the unit we have for sale. The unit can be easily converted back, by buying the parts needed from Kiwi. Parts include: Coupling Assembly/Ink Bottle Feed , Ink Bottle Tank and Bottle. Kiwi Quoted $859.Use the unit like it is set up, or convert the unit back to the factory set-up for $859. This unit cost over $13,000. Very handy in the right application.
